  • Spicy haggis spring rolls served on a plum sauce

  • Smoked haddock and cheddar fishcakes, creme fraiche dressing

  • Chefs own chicken liver pate served with chutney and oatcakes

  • Confit duck salad with hoi sin dressing and fresh rocket

  • Fan of ogen melon with prawns bound in a Marie-Rose sauce

  • Brie and mango parcels on a fresh salsa

  • Salad of tomato and mozzarella with a balsamic glaze

  • Tower of black pudding, tomato and Swiss cheese on raspberry vinaigrette

main courses

  • Blackened cajun salmon on a bed of roasted peppers, fresh lemon

  • Chicken supreme stuffed with haggis with a coarse grain mustard jus

  • Chicken supreme wrapped in bacon on a leek and cheddar sauce

  • Pan roasted rump of lamb carved over leek mash and a rosemary and garlic jus

  • Medalions of beef fillet, served with chieftain haggis on a Drambuie cream sauce

  • Braised daube of beef served in a rich chasseur sauce

  • Roast guinea fowl stuffed with sage and apricot on a Gran Marnier sauce

  • Grilled loin of pork steak on an apple and cider jus

  • Tartlet of Mediterranean vegetables and smoked cheddar

  • Pepper stuffed with cous cous and roasted vegetables
